You do not have to register for this site. It is offered to you as a tool to help you get information. It is not required. You can still call AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina at 1-855-375-8811/TTY 1-866-209-6421 for any questions.

Register, complete, and submit the information on the next screens. Once you have access to the AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina member portal, you can review your private health care information about:

  • Your health care providers.
  • Health services that you have received.
  • Prescription drugs that you take.
Access to your private information through the AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina member portal is meant only for you. All members must sign up separately to get their own information.

You will need to log in to your email to verify the email address you gave above. Then you can create a password. Follow the instructions in the email you received to complete your registration process.
  • Member ID
    Your Member ID number is located on your ID card. Please refer to the image below for
    help.
  • First name
    Please enter your first name as it appears on your Member ID card. Please leave out
    any middle initials or middle names.
  • Last name
    Please enter your last name as it appears on your Member ID card. Please leave out
    any middle initials or middle names.
  • Email address
    Your email address will be used as your user name when accessing the Member
    Portal. Your email address is case sensitive.
